The STIGA Synergy is a high quality indoor table at very affordable price. The table is 5/8th of an inch thick, so it does not meet the official tournament requirements, but the thickness gives the Synergy a great consistent bounce across the entire table surface. This table would be great for an intermediate ping pong player as it’s got high quality components, plays great and is simple and easy to set up.

Assembly

A highlight of this table is that it includes a QuickPlay chassis making the set up from delivery to play time around 20 minutes. Because most parts are pre-assembeld in the box when it’s shipped to you, customers have been able to set it up even faster than that. This is a huge plus considering that some tables can take hours to assemble. Also, having most parts pre-assembled makes it less likely that you’ll lose parts or put it together incorrectly.

Table Construction

The STIGA Synergy has a 5/8 inch thick tabletop that is reinforced by a 2 inch steel apron. This helps make the top even more solid so that the ball will bounce evenly and predictably across its surface. Having “dead” spots, where the ball bounces funny due to imperfections in the table surface, are extremely unlikely on table with these components.

Additionally the table comes with 3 inch ball bearing wheels that allow it to easily move across any surface. This allows you to put the table away quickly if you need the space and also makes it easier to transition to playback mode. The Stiga Synergy also includes 1 3/4 inch steel self-opening legs for stability and easy opening – an important safety feature that keeps the table supported from all directions when the table is being opened.
